Customer Delivery
Overview

Learn the ins and outs of our industry-leading technology, install our software and educate our customers on using it. Our roles
You’ll discover endless opportunities for growth within Implementation and beyond. And you’ll be trained in customer relationship management/dealer management system, virtual and onsite customer installation, and post-implementation technical support – so you’ll have every tool you need to do your job well. You can progress in whatever way suits you, including through multiple levels of seniority in our consultant role. Or advance to become a project specialist, lead, supervisor, manager, or even director.

They lead us into the future by coming up with ideas to make our products and services even better – and they’re who our customers rely on to ensure they’re using the best the industry has to offer.
Our roles
Whether you prefer automotive, heavy truck, recreation, heavy equipment dealers, or selling directly to manufacturers, we have a wide variety of Sales roles in new business development and in growing existing accounts, that meet all levels of experience.
Where you’ll work
Our Sales teams consist of Inside and Outside Sales teams, serving nearly 15,000 retail locations across North America. Our Outside Sales positions are field-based and are located across North America and our Inside Sales teams are based in several CDK offices, including:
