The truth is simple: to have a successful interview, you want to prepare ahead of time.

To further help position you for a successful interview, here are some of our pre-interview tips to consider:

Pre-Interview tips:

• Do your research! Just like an exam, make sure you study. Have a good understanding of CDK, the position you’re interviewing for and the person who will conduct the interview. If you don’t have the link to the job description, you can visit our job board at jobs.cdkglobal.com. LinkedIn is a good tool to utilize when you’re trying to find out who you will talk to during the interview.
• Ask your Talent Acquisition Partner what type of interview will be conducted and if they can give you insight into how the interview process will go. If your interview is held via video, download the Zoom app. We conduct all video interviews via Zoom.
• Write down your “selling points.” What makes you stand out amongst other candidates?
• Print out a copy of your resume and have a notebook and pen ready to go.
• Dress to impress. Pick out an outfit that boosts your confidence!
• Get a good night’s rest the night before. We’re expecting you to bring your “A” game.
